Introduction  Recorded Document Services Services We offer the Public a variety of services relating to recorded documents at County Recorder Offices. These services include: · Web Site Search · tcrSubmitter Search · ftp Data Export Customers who desire access to official document images via the internet can setup an account with our office. There are two fees relating to data access: Subscription Fee Each County charges a fee for access to their data, this is called a Subscription Fee. We collect this fee on behalf of the County. Two different Subscription Plans are available: · Monthly Plan · Per Document Plan Account Service Fee We charge an Account Service Fee. This fee provides you with use of our software, web services, software updates and support. eRecording We can deliver documents electronically to the County for recording using our tcrSubmitter electronic document packaging tool. Subscription and Account fees do not apply to eRecording.  Historical Data Purchase Historical image and index data can be purchased in bulk.  Request More Information Please send me more information on Internet Services.
