Introduction

theCountyRecorderTM provides a means of searching publically recorded documents.
It allows you to perform complex searches of recorded documents through a simple to use interface.

You can open a document by entering it's reception number or book & page on the Open page.

If you do not know either of these items that you can locate a document via a Search.

Last Document Date

The Last Document Date displayed in the lower left side of each Public Search page shows the date of the last recorded document. This is the date of the most recent document entering into the recording sytem. This may not be the date of most recent document received at the Recorder's office. Please check with the Recorder's office to verify the date of the last document received.

Shortcut Keys

Each button and most links support shortcut key entries to select the button or link. Hover the mouse over a button or link and after about 2 seconds a tooltip message will popup that shows the item's shortcut key. Pressing the 'Enter' key will select the page's default button.

Scripting must be enabled for the shortcut keys to function.
